Mary K. Barrett has served in the investment community for over 30 years as a financial analyst and portfolio manager with major institutions and as founder in 1984 of Barrett and Company, a technology research boutique that served major advisory firms and pension managers.

In 2001, Mary founded Edgewood Partners, LLC with the intention of developing a reduced-risk, optimized performance strategy for socially conscious investors. Global Sustainable Investing is the result of that effort. This global asset allocation strategy invests exclusively in companies around the world that have made a high level commitment to sustainable business practices.

Mary currently serves on the EconForecast Committee of the World Business Academy, the Policy Committee of the Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia and the Review Committee for the Seal of Sustainability of the Sustainable Business Institute.
