Request for Proposals: Cobbs Creek Connector Trail Conceptual Design Study

The Clean Air Council is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the conceptual design of the Cobbs Creek Connector Trail. The current focus of this trail project is a Phase 1 design study for the Cobbs Creek Connector trail spanning two and a half miles of land owned by Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation, the Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia and several parcels controlled by private owners.  This trail design RFP focuses on several key barriers to trail implementation, which have been identified and superficially addressed in the Feasibility Study, but a thorough examination by an experienced landscape architecture/engineering firm is needed prior to construction
