Clean Air Council Testifies at EPA Public Hearing on Definition of Solid Waste Proposed Rule

On Monday, September 12th 2011, the Clean Air Council testified at the EPA hearing in Philadelphia on the proposed rule for Definitioin of Solid Waste (DSW). The proposal includes a number of changes to regulations for hazardous waste recycling. The goal of the rules was to encourage responsible business practices for recycling hazardous secondary materials while protecting the environment and human health. See the full comments below.
