Philadelphia Rec Centers Go Smoke-free

On May 23, Mayor Nutter signed an Executive Order declaring all Philadelphia Recreation Centers smoke-free. The Council supports the Mayor's action and is working with the City of Philadelphia's Health Department to educate rec center employees and the public about the new rule.
