The aim of the Energy Team at Clean Air Council is to identify and alleviate pollution resulting from energy production and consumption. The Energy Team works on a number of programs aimed at consumers, electricity generators and suppliers, and state and federal regulators. The Council works through educational programs, policy work, and legal advocacy.

The Wind Campaign
With over 323 MW of new wind power installed in Pennsylvania, the Council is encouraging businesses and residents to take advantage of this new opportunity. Wind energy is not only available to Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents, it is cost competitive, and one of the cleanest sources of electricity.
