Bidding will open April 1, 2008 at 12:00 p.m.

Fine Print: To bid you must register with Ready Set Auction, our auction software provider. Provide a username and they will send you an email confirmation with a temporary password. Use your temporary password to confirm your registration and make your own password. Make sure your new password has two numbers in it.

All winning auction bids are final and binding. There will be no exchanges or refunds on items.
Please do not request refunds or exchanges from donors. All items have been donated to and sold by Clean Air Council. Please take care to read all specifications and limitations. By participating in the auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees that neither Clean Air Council nor any donor shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from the purchase, ownership, use, or enjoyment of auctioned items and services.

Gift certificates should be treated as cash and cannot be reissued if destroyed or misplaced. Winning bidders are encouraged to contact donors as soon as possible and well in advance of anticipated usage to arrange mutually convenient dates and times for Auction item redemption. Unless otherwise specified, all Auction items and services must be used within one year from May 1, 2008.
